4. Refunds

- Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for eligible products, excluding shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
